By registering for a Middlesex3 event, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below regarding attendance, refunds, and walk-in expectations.
Registration Policy
Name Tags:
Registrations within 24 hours of the event are not guaranteed printed name tags.Walk-Ins (Non-Members):
Non-members who do not register and pay in advance will be charged the full ticket price plus a walk-in fee. Entry is subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Eligibility:
Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours, but tickets may be transferred to another event of equal or lesser value within 6 months.Process:
Email info@middlesex3.com at least 48 hours in advance to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Credit/debit payments may take 2–4 additional weeks to appear on your statement.
Cancellation Policy
Canceled Events:
If an event is canceled, you’ll be notified by email. Updates will also be shared on our website and social media.Rescheduled Events:
If rescheduled, tickets will transfer to the new date or may be used for another event of equal or lesser value within 6 months. Refunds are issued only if the event is fully canceled.
