By registering for a Middlesex3 event, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below regarding attendance, refunds, and walk-in expectations.

Registration & Attendance Policy

Name Tags:
Registrations within 24 hours of the event are not guaranteed printed name tags.

Walk-Ins (Non-Members):
Non-members who do not register and pay in advance will be charged the full ticket price plus a walk-in fee. Entry is subject to availability.

Non-Member Attendance Policy:

  • Invited Guest Attendance:
    Non-members may attend one (1) Middlesex 3 Coalition event as an invited guest of a current member without paying the non-member rate.

  • Subsequent Attendance:
    After attending one event as an invited guest, non-members must either:

    • Pay the published non-member event rate, or

    • Become a Middlesex 3 Coalition member prior to registering.

Photography & Video Policy

Photography, video recording, and other media capture may occur during Middlesex 3 Coalition events. By registering for and entering the event space, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the Middlesex 3 Coalition for promotional and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, marketing materials, and the Middlesex 3 Coalition website.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify a Middlesex 3 Coalition staff member at the event check-in. While Middlesex 3 Coalition may capture official event photography and video, please note that attendees and guests may also take photos or recordings. Middlesex 3 Coalition cannot control or assume responsibility for media captured and shared by other attendees.

Refund Policy

Eligibility:
Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours, but tickets may be transferred to another event of equal or lesser value within 6 months.

Process:
Email info@middlesex3.com at least 48 hours in advance to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Credit/debit payments may take 2–4 additional weeks to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Policy

Canceled Events:
If an event is canceled, you’ll be notified by email. Updates will also be shared on our website and social media.

Rescheduled Events:
If rescheduled, tickets will transfer to the new date or may be used for another event of equal or lesser value within 6 months. Refunds are issued only if the event is fully canceled.

Membership Credit Policy

The non-member fee for an event (1) may be credited toward a new, first-time Middlesex 3 Coalition membership.

  • This credit:

    • Applies only to new members (non-returning)

    • Credit from one event only

    • Must be applied within 3 months of attending the event

Example:
If the annual membership fee is $500 and a non-member paid $50 to attend an event, the amount due to join would be $450.
