 Attendees heard updates from each speaker on the projects and partnerships driving growth in Tewksbury:

• Lowell Five Bank highlighted local projects it has financed, including a 122-suite extended-stay hotel.

• Town of Tewksbury emphasized its business-friendly approach, welcoming new companies with clear permitting guidance and early meetings with town departments to help projects move forward.

• Riemer & Braunstein LLP discussed permitting updates in Tewksbury and how transparent planning frameworks and responsive town staff help businesses navigate approvals.

• Sterling Life Sciences Logistics shared investments at 159 Lorum Street to expand specialized cGMP storage and logistics capabilities for biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

• Timberline Construction highlighted development at Ames Pond, converting a 75,000-square-foot former office building into a life sciences headquarters with R&D and cGMP manufacturing space. Construction is underway, with occupancy planned for spring 2027.
